Who coordinates your care, by program and county
In every Georgia Medicaid program, you choose or are assigned a coordinator before you choose a provider. They assess you, write the plan and authorize the services. Listed alphabetically, never ranked.

See all 7 with their countiesWhy we list them
Families told us the list of providers was hard to find; the list of coordinators was harder. Every provider listing on this site links to the coordinators for its program in its county, and every coordinator links back to the providers. The coordinator set is small, so it is the one list we can keep complete and checked every month.
What we do not do
We do not publish reviews of coordinators yet, and we do not rank them. We show who they are, where they work, how to reach them, and whether they report taking new members. Tell us if one is missing or wrong; corrections are logged.
