What a connected listing adds, and what it never changes
Every listing on CareBegins is free and stays free. If you run your agency on software that can connect to your listing, you can switch the connection on. It changes three things families experience, and nothing about where you appear. This page says exactly what it does, because families read it too.
A family's message lands in your referral intake, not an inbox.
Today a message from a listing goes to the email on your record. Connected, it becomes a referral in your software with the family's question, the program they named and the county, ready to call back. The family's side does not change: their message still goes to you only, and we keep no copy.
Calls and chats answered 24 hours, by your assistant, labeled as one.
Your listing shows "Calls answered 24 hours" as a fact, next to a non-connected home's "Office hours 9 to 5". The assistant says it is an assistant before the family types a word, answers from what you have told it (room, programs, hours), takes a message for anything else, and never gives care or eligibility advice.
Families you have actually served are asked for a review, and every one is published.
After a verified period of service, your software asks the family member, in the same words every time, to review you on CareBegins. The review comes straight to us. You see it when the family does, and you can reply in public. The listing shows "relationship verified by the provider's service records", the strongest signal in the category.
How a verified-relationship review travels
Designed so that no one, including you, chooses which reviews the public sees.
The same ask, two public doors: CareBegins and Google
Nobody can post a Google review for a family, and nothing can copy a review to Google. What your software can do is own the moment of asking.
One message, two links
The review request carries two links, side by side: write on CareBegins, or write on Google using your own Google review link. Every eligible family gets both, in the same words, whatever their experience. Never one link for the happy and another for the unhappy; that is gating, and both Google and the FTC prohibit it.
Claim your Google Business Profile first
The Google link only exists once your profile is claimed and verified. Your software walks you through claiming it, keeps the hours, categories, address and phone on it consistent with your license record and this listing, and reads new Google reviews into the same inbox as CareBegins reviews so you reply to both from one place.
What never happens
No review is written for a family, pre-filled, or copied between sites. No reward is offered. Reviews are never requested from your own location or device. Requests go out at natural moments (30, 90 and 180 days, and discharge), at most once per family in 90 days, so they arrive steadily rather than in a burst that Google filters.
What a connected listing never changes
- Your position. Alphabetical, always, for everyone.
- Your mark. "Checked" means we compared your license with the state record. It is not for sale and connection does not grant it.
- Your reviews. You cannot see a review before the public does, choose which are published, or remove one. Neither can your software company.
- Ratings from inside your software are not shown on CareBegins and count toward nothing here.
- Families' details. A family who writes to you is not added to any list, by us or by anyone.
- The label. Every connected feature is marked as coming through your software, where it appears.
What it costs
Nothing on CareBegins. The connection is a feature of the software you already pay for, priced by that company inside its plans. Whether Karavista receives a fee from the software company for connected listings is stated on the ownership page; if it does, the fee never affects order, marks or reviews.
Claim your listing first. It's free.
Correct your details, add programs and room, and reply to reviews. Connection comes after, from inside your software.
