Questions families ask

How do I get community access services under NOW or COMP?

Your support coordinator writes them into the service plan, and the state authorizes them. You then choose a provider. We list the seven support coordination agencies and the counties each one covers.

Can a provider refuse because the group is full?

Yes, groups have a size limit set by the state. That is why listings show whether a provider is taking new participants, with the date it said so.
