Claim or correct a listing

If you run an agency, home, center or coordination agency, claim your listing to correct it, add programs, say whether you have room, and reply to reviews. If you are a family member who spotted an error, use the same form. Nothing you do here changes where you appear.

What happens next

We confirm it's you. A short call or email to the number on the state record.
You update your listing. Programs, languages, room, hours, who else pays. Each line is labeled "reported by the provider" with the date.
We check the record. License or enrollment against the state record; the listing gets the green mark and the date.

Claiming does not add a badge for sale, change your position, or let you remove a review. It lets you be accurate, and reply.
